Sustainability & Safety

We're Committed to a Sustainable Future

CST® is deeply committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship, integrating responsible practices into every aspect of our operations. From the materials we source to the products we engineer, CST prioritizes solutions that reduce environmental impact and support long-term resource conservation.

Many of CST’s storage tanks and dome structures are designed for efficient transport, rapid installation and long service life — reducing the need for site-intensive construction and waste minimizing. Factory-controlled manufacturing processes further enhance sustainability by optimizing material usage, lowering emissions and reducing the environmental footprint of field operations.

In alignment with broader ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) goals, CST has undertaken company-wide initiatives to enhance transparency, reduce energy consumption and strengthen workforce development. These efforts include investment in energy-efficient equipment, rigorous health and safety programs, and partnerships with organizations focused on clean water, agriculture and community development.

CST’s products also contribute to sustainable practices in key industries, such as supporting renewable energy projects, enabling responsible wastewater management and improving food storage efficiency.

CST not only meets the demands of today’s customers but is also helping build a more sustainable future for the communities and industries we serve.
