Jeff Mueller
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff joined CST Industries in 2020 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeff is an experienced and poised leader who has worked at all levels of several best-in-class organizations. He has extensive experience in engineering and operations. Prior to CST, Jeff worked as President of Generac Consumer Power and as Group President of the Broan Division at Nortek. Jeff began his career at the Kohler Company, where he rose to Global President for the Faucet Division. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Marquette University.
Beau Harris
Chief Financial Officer
Beau joined CST Industries as Chief Financial Officer in 2025. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche in Seattle and obtained his CPA license from the State of Idaho. His industry experience includes 15+ years working in both public and private sectors, primarily in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Construction industries. Beau previously worked for Pilot Flying J, Savage Companies and most recently Huntsman International. He spent the last 10 years working on global businesses and has led M&A transactions, business divestitures and transformation programs. Beau has held multiple strategic, financial and organizational leadership roles, building teams domestically and throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA, both from Idaho State University.
Matt Gregg
Chief Commercial Officer – ROW
Matt joined CST Industries in 2014. He has more than 30 years of experience in leading manufacturing and commercial excellence. Before joining CST, Matt has held various executive management roles with National Steel, Emerson and Rexnord. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Greg Hentschel
Vice President, Global Engineering
Greg joined CST Industries in 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience in engineering, product development and product management. Before CST, Greg worked as the Director of Global Product Management for SPX. Prior to that, he spent over a decade doing R/D while designing cooling equipment for some of the largest architectural and industrial projects in the world (World Trade Center, Pentagon, Petronas Towers, Beijing Olympics, nuclear power plants, etc.). Greg served as VP of Engineering at Columbian TecTank and CST Storage before becoming VP of Global Engineering for CST. He earned his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Missouri and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Greg has 10 patents in various fields ranging from acoustics to heat transfer. He is the Managing Director of CST’s Vietnam office.
Tom DeDonder
Vice President, Construction & Services
Tom is Vice President of Construction and Services and has held many roles during his tenure with CST Industries. His current responsibilities include oversight of all construction and field service activities, along with a focus on developing the after-market service business. Tom has 25 years of experience in construction, project management and field operations. Before joining CST, he worked for Koch Industries and Burns & McDonnell. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Mike Shell
Vice President, Global Supply Chain
Mike joined CST Industries in 2023 as Vice President of Global Supply Chain, bringing more than two decades of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations and manufacturing. His current scope of responsibility includes Strategic Sourcing, Logistics and Transportation, Inventory Control, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning). Mike’s career spans family-owned, global and private equity-backed organizations, driving operational and supply chain excellence along with organizational transformation. With experience across the United States, China, Mexico and Europe, Mike has developed and led high-performing teams while implementing scalable systems that strengthened enterprise value. Mike graduated summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix accelerated on-site business program, where he was honored as commencement speaker for his graduating class. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
Sean Byars
Vice President, Manufacturing Operations
Sean started at CST Industries in 2018 as the Plant Manager & Quality Director. Sean has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, leading Manufacturing Excellence while building dynamic teams for any solution.
Hal Whitacre
Chief Commercial Officer – Americas
Hal joined CST Industries in 2022 and is currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas. A dynamic, relationship-driven leader, Hal focuses on building high-performing teams, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional customer value. He has led strong organic growth and advanced key vertical market strategies aligned with CST’s long-term vision, embedding customer centricity at the heart of the organization. Before joining CST, Hal led Honeywell’s North American Building Technologies sales organization, serving some of the world’s largest and most innovative customers. He holds a degree in Business Finance from New Mexico State University.
